Required Classes and clinic floor hours for Cosmetology or Nail Technology Nail Technology are Tuesday-Friday 8:30AM-4:30PM, Saturday 8:30AM-3:00PM

Cosmetology  
 

The Standard Occupational Classification for Cosmetology is broad group: 39-0000, major group: 39-5000, minor group: 39-5010 for more information  Bureau of Labor Statistics Classification of Instructional Program code: 12.04 Cosmetology and Related Grooming Services

Cosmetology is offered 3 times per year.  Classes begin the last Tuesday of January, July and September.

    * 2000 clock hours
    * 17 months
    * 67 1/2  weeks

Includes: hair, skin, manicuring, pedicuring and artificial nail application.  Classes are held 8:30AM to 4:30PM Tuesday-Friday and Saturday 8:30AM until 3:00PM. Saturday attendance is required.  Registration fee holds your place in class and is non-refundable.

Next Cosmetology Class- Tuesday, January 24,2012.  Orientation, a requirement for final registraton, is Wednesday, January 18,2012,beginning at 2:00 pm in The School of Hairstyling class room facility, 141 E Chubbuck Road.

Nail Technology

The Standard Occupational Classification for Nail Technology is broad group: 39-0000, major group: 39-5000, minor group: 39-5092 for more information visit Bureau of Labor Statistics Classification of Instructional Program code is: 12.0410 Nail Technologist/Specialist and Manicurist.

Nail Technology is offered once per year, starting the 1st Tuesday in June.

*400 hours
*12 weeks
*3 months

Includes: natural nail manicuring and pedicuring, artificial nail application, and nail art.  Classes are held 8:30AM to 4:30PM Tuesday - Friday and Saturday 8:30AM until 3:00PM.  Saturday attendance is required.  Registration fee holds your place in class and is non-refundable.

Total Tuition for Nail Technology- $4000.  Includes registration fees, books and supplies.
